Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within South Africa only. All orders are packaged with care.
Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery time: Estimated 2–3 business days nationwide. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp once your parcel has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
We will assist with claims through the courier if your parcel is lost or delayed. However, we cannot issue a refund or replacement until the claim is resolved.
If you suspect a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can open a claim on your behalf.
Order Tracking
Your tracking number is sent via WhatsApp. Use it to check your parcel on The Courier Guy tracking portals.
